BBM > menu> send > file ...

Or send image from the camera.

Or navigate to file, and send the file.

i use BBM 6.00129, and menu i've not possiblity to send file and if outside BBM from an image i go to send i've only the option mail, facebook or mms

Don't know. Try a hard reset and see if that fixes the menu. A hard reset is a battery pull with the power on.
