Default BES/BB Bold question

Please Login to Remove!

I'm currently using BES 4.1.6 we have about 47 users. Last week we upgraded our phones to BB Bold. Now, some of the user are experiencing their email from outlook not showing up on their phones, so the short term fix has been to remove the user from BES and add them again. I think that we may need to upgrade our BES to BB express....does anyone think this will work. If so let me know.

Which Bold model number, 9000. 9650, 9700, 9780? There are several and they are a bit different.

are you on MR7? there is a known issue with emails not being sent if on a lower version.

Don't think so when I looked on the about section of the device it didn't seem to have it.
Here is what I do have: Specs
BB9650
smartphone 3G,CDMA, WiFI
6.0 Bundle 1741(v6.0.0.431, Platform 4.40.315)
3G Bands1
Branding Ver. 1.0.105.480g

That's all that is in that section......

Sorry for my ignorance but I went to the BES "about", it didn't show MR7. Where do I find this information on BES.
