Hello Everyone, I just bought my Blackberry, and it will take about a month for Nextel here in Mexico to set up the Wireless network, they just started using the Blackberry Devices here. For this reason I wanted to ask for help on downloading a program that can convert MP3 music to the proper mode so that I can download some Ringtones on to my BB.

There is no such program. You can only download music using the web browser.

I use "DB PowerAmp" to convert my Mpe files to the proper format.

Then I upload them here: http://www.coolservice.dk/en/compatibilities.php where I'm able to download them from my Blackberry.

You can also use Audacity with the Lame dll that can be downloaded from SourceForge.
The upload to the web (as lgreenberg suggested) for downloading with your BB.

And, to repeat, until you have BB service set up in Mexico, you can not download any ringtones to your BB.
