Well i have heard this a lot form people, both BB users and non BB users, my question is could this be true; if it is does it make sense. If it is true isnt Rim going to lose what gives them leverage in the non corporate scene.
RIM will make a few bucks if they do create a BBM app to the rest of the smart phone world, however i think they will loose a core of there non coporate customers. I can count count over 50 people in my head that will swicth devices quick if they do. including my wife ( am pretty much forcing her to keep her BB).. people that just started using blackberry whitin the last 3-4 years will jump ship..

What are your thoughts about this.

i have been hearing all sort of rumors out there about, including Rim will give other deives some sort of teaser version of the BBM to possibly lure them to get the full expirence on the Blackberry devices..

If anything morale at RIM is now an all time low. 200 jobs cut already, more to come.

I've heard many teams are exhausted because the PlayBook has been more than troublesome. Example is e-mail, because of their system you cannot have one e-mail account connect using two different PIN's.

Playbook has a unique PIN, so how do you get your BB e-mail on the PlayBook natively.

It's a little gloomy here in Waterloo with 8,800 people wondering if they're going to get canned next.
