I am trying to activate a blackberry torch and it seems to be getting stuck at 39% on the user i am trying to activate.

this user has had the blackberry torch working fully and activating perfectly but as we have to move the user e mails from exchange 2003 to 2010 it keeps getting stuck at 38/39%

having a look on the phones even log the only thing that i can see which could cause it was some item about net.rim.OTASync

could you someone let me know how to troubleshoot this?

On the phone, just to be clear, which items shows as complete and which items show as being processed when activation stops? I've seen it stop at 98% because a time database won't sync, also situations where a user has a vast amount of email, thousands of messages, and activation won't complete...in the first case since the user was receiving all new items, we just tricked the blackberry into thinking activation was complete, in the second case, we had to delete the BES account and tighten down the prepopulation numbers to get it to work...
