On the phone, just to be clear, which items shows as complete and which items show as being processed when activation stops? I've seen it stop at 98% because a time database won't sync, also situations where a user has a vast amount of email, thousands of messages, and activation won't complete...in the first case since the user was receiving all new items, we just tricked the blackberry into thinking activation was complete, in the second case, we had to delete the BES account and tighten down the prepopulation numbers to get it to work...
