Exclamation The Stuff is confusing

Please Login to Remove!

Hello My Blackberry friends,

I need help please with this issue. I want to save my SMS text messages. I just need to be able to save them some where. If i can Send them to my email that should be fine. But i have looked all over the place and i have tried many different ways to do this. But some reason it just wont work. I tried using the desktop software. and I cant view my back up files b/c i have a MAC and I cant find an app that will open these messages on my MAC. So if there is a person who can help i'd really appreciate it.

Thank you very much.

You can send them to yourself as an email. Have you tried that?

It's not the best method but it does work. You can also do a "select" to do a copy and paste into an email. Keep in mind the normal text message was designed to be a short quick reply to a short statement or question so the designers apparently never thought people would use it so much or for long messages when email was available.

You can try searching for an App that will allow you to do what you want.
Try Appworld for Blackberry.

I understand what your saying, but how would i be able to send the whole conversation to an email. I tried the "select" button but that would only select on part of the conversation. I need the whole conversation.
Is there a way to do this? I cant highlight everything to copy so what other option do i have?

Unfortunatly thats the limit. Not easy. I would look for an App that will allow full copying

There's no way to send a whole SMS "conversation" all at once because it's not really a "conversation". It's just displayed that way.

As noted, you will have to do them individually.

The best way that I suggest you to do, is with Screen Grabber, an app available at App World (and similars like screen shot) It takes a perfect picture of your screen, shoting is available from your menu even while at SMS application. Then you just only will have to retrieve the pictures among your media files/pictures.
