i have had my blackberry for nearly 2 days and all off a sudden bbm wont work the icon is there but it wont load
please help

Do you have a BB data plan? Do you have a data connection?

If so, with the device on, pull the battery out, wait 30 seconds and then put it back and let the device reboot.

I guess the Kate XXX is a kiss off. I wonder if it worked.
