This is driving me crazy. my storm 2 won't disconnect from calls when it is in my leather flip case. There is no positive click when I try to push the disconnect symbol. If I remove it from the case the click returns and disconnects the call. I've tried changing the optional settings to no avail. I've even tried a different style flip case with the same results. Has anyone experienced this? Any suggestions as to why this occurs?

Have you tried a battery pull?
