Hey, i've got a problem and I don't know, how to put it right, like, everytime I run thr diagnostics in mobile network, it says the everything is ok, except the mail, it shows "connected to ...(my email)... - NO"
But in the top "BlackBerry registration - yes" and "connected to blackberry - yes"... So I would like to know.. If that right..

Do you have a BB dataplan and are you able to send and receive email?

I think I've seen that before with one or two of the email accounts I have even though the email was fine.

It's been a long time since I played with diagnostics. I just ran it to refresh my memory, and though I have 5 accounts including the carrier @tmo.blackberry.net account, only two of them show (and both are yes on connected). I ran it again, and same thing.

Bottom line, I'd say if you don't see any problem with sending and receiving email, don't worry about it.

EDIT: I ran it again, still just the two email accounts are tested and not all five, but this time one of the two is no on connection. Same opinion. If email is working don't worry about it.

I agree. If email is working as it should then I can't see a need to worry.

What could be happening with the connection is that it displays the connection to RIM when it polls your ISPs for email. If it isn't polling, then it isn't connected. This is just a guess, however.
