I purchased Cellavant Mailiminder in Jan of 2010 and paid for it...
I used it till Sept when I upgraded my OS... and all of a sudden I get a notice telling me that my Trial was over and I need to buy a license...I contacted support and they said I needed to buy another license, the did not know what the issue was..
Bought another license in Sept.....updated OS 2 weeks ago,,,same story,,,Trial version is over...Now I have to buy yet another license.
I called Cellavant...they have a totally clueless woman working there..who cannot point me in the right direction. Emailed Will David..one of the owners...that went nowhere.
The app is decent but the support sucks A$$...

License info is soemtimes erased with each OS upgrade. You need to write down or backup any license info that you have, prior to upgrading, and just re-enter the details.

THEY may be clueless but we don't have to be ....

true but they should be able to lookup your purchase and send you a replacement code FREE.

alot of developers including us give free codes for replacement bb or upgrade to new OS.
