Not true about tv/radio... seen them in Asia. However, there's no such thing as a dual SIM BB, and I have seen these knockoffs in person all over China in the Fake Markets. You couldn't walk down a street in Shanghai as a white person without having some kid trying to send you to the Shanghai fake market. In person they're easy to spot - the BlackBerry logo isn't the right size, placement, gloss, etc. The Speaker mesh is the wrong texture, misaligned, etc. I can't tell from the pictures about those details, but the dual SIM gives it away. That being said, the knockoff phones work. They work very well, actually. They're the same guts and are made in the same factories out of surplus parts for pure black market profit, but they won't have a working PIN, so BlackBerry network features won't be there.

Friend of mine owns a wireless zone type store in a shaky neighborhood, just yesterday i was there having lunch with him and one these bad boys showed up, its crazy how close they come in design and the skin on the os. he spent 20 minutes telling me the bold tv was coming to America...
