First I would like to apologize if this is not the correct forum to post issue's and would appreciate a point in the correct direction.
I have a user who has a 7290 and a xp sp1 pc running desktop manager 4.0.
The issus is that she is getting the following error when sync'ing with the pc:
There is no more disk space to write the following history file:
c:/docume~1/26062/applic~1/resear~1/blackb~1/intellisync//bdo6d/3.ish
There is plenty of hard drive space on the pc. Do I need to delete this file or a directory in order to clear this message?
i get the same exact error - i've deleted the file, the directory, reinstalled desktop manager, and i still get it. it only happens in regards to my calendar.
I am running a 7250, with an xp pro sp2 machine, and outlook XP
anyone else know about how to solve this? thanks in advance!
The user now said that she no longer get's the error message?!?!?! I did not get a chance to delete the RIM folder from her profile. So, do other Blackberry error's just go away too?
