I pulled the HUGE log, and I attached it here (had to zip it since it is just over 1 meg in size). This is a brand new BES Express install.

Java is crashing for some reason, just not sure why.

is anything else installed on the server you have BES on, like exchange?

do you have IIS running or another tomcast instance?

I do have exchange and IIS running on this server (which is OK according to docs)... I uninstalled, reinstalled, and all is fine now.
