Is it possible to send a downloaded ringtone from Blackberry?

What type of file is a .wml?

Can anyone else download this directly from their BB? (Users in Chicago will recognize this ringtone)

You cannot attach a ringtone to an outgoing email from the BB. A .wml files is used for wap sites (usually).
