For quite some time now and through about 2 OS updates my phone will turn the wireless radio off whenever it feels like it. I assume it also turns it back on eventually when I don't notice.

I have read over 30 threads with the same issue, and none of them were resolved. This problem is widespread. I find this more common on BB 8130 Pearls. I turn on the radio, and within 30 seconds it turns itself off. The phone works during this time and as soon as I make a call it connects for 10 seconds and the radio turns itself off again. I read in a thread somewhere that there was an error code sending a registration request that turned it off. I know this has something to do with it, because before it shuts off, it shows a arrow sending out, then a few seconds later receiving, then 2-way arrow and it shuts off.
I have tried pulling battery, upgrading, wiping, resetting, downgrading, rerouting host tables, changing prl's, erasing it policys, and nothing fixes this issue. I don't understand why everyone blames this on the phone getting wet or battery and closes the post. lol
There has to be an easy fix!

Mine turns it off for about 10 min and turns it back on. No rhyme or rythm to it. I've given up. Buying a 9700 on monday.
