my bbm had so problem, so i reinstalled the bbm, and re-add all my contacts, and now i cant see my contacts' profile pictures :S i used to be able to see them though :/ so yea can anyone help?? i have tried the "pull the battery out trick" already

I think this was a known issue that is now resolved I believe.

I'm having the same problem. I have one contact who can see my profile picture but I cannot view hers. We both had the 8820 and we both couldn't see our pics but could see others and others could see ours. We both upgraded to the 9700 and now she can see mine but I can't see hers.
