okay im pretty new to blackberry so this may be an obvious question but there is a small yellow envelope that has been popping up on and off throughout the day with a number next to it. earlier it said 2 and then it disappeared and now its back again and says 4. its not text message, email, missed calls or voicemail because i checked all of them.
