Default Synchroniztion with Outlook

Please Login to Remove!

I'm having issues getting my phone to synch with my outlook calendar. I've reset all the settings and have no idea what I'm doing wrong. Items appear on my calendar on my phone but not on my outlook calendar. Any ideas?

Are you seeing any error messages? If you watch the sync progress in DM, what do you see? Does DM skip calendar? Does it see calendar but then just immediately blow on to the next database? What do you observed?

My first guess is you do not have the sync settings set properly for what you want to do. You back through it carefully. Make sure the sync is set to bi-directional, for example.

Default synch issues

I've got it set to go both ways. I've run the synch three times with no change--items are on the BB but not in Outlook.

What version of DM and Outlook are you using? If Outlook is 2002 or earlier, you need to use DM 4.2 SP2 or SP3. Newer DM versions do not work with old Outlook.
