Unable to Post on Topix from BB

When attempting to post on Topix I'm asked to put 4 numbers that appear on the screen inside a box. However, whenever trying to do this from my BB Curve the numbers do not show up on the screen. Has anyone else had this problem? If not, can anyone think of a way I can get the numbers to appear on my screen? I've tried refreshing the screen. I've tried posting signed in and also not signed in and can't post either way.
