Visual Voicemail Delays On Bold
Please Login to Remove!
Anyone else dealing with this?
I set my voicemail to visual voicemail a couple months ago, as soon as the change came around. And I'll get visual voicemail notifications literally days late sometimes. Not sure what settings to change, etc., but it's been pretty annoying. Not a huge fan of AT&T's customer service, either.
Any ideas?

As far as I know the Visual Voicemail update had some issues, and it's no longer available as a software upgrade or as a feature. Issues you're having could be why.

that was true, until At&T re-released the .297 software and visual voicemail was available for others to sign up to.

What I meant was they don't tell us anything at my job. And we troubleshoot Blackberries for AT&T via a 3rd party company. You'd really think they'd let us know.

Finally got mine to work. Needed tgo upgrade the OS first. Then had several problems getting it up and running. Was getting the "not provisioned" error. AT&T hat to delete and re-provision the mailbox a couple of times before it took.
I like how it works. Pretty cool.
