Default adding contacts

Please Login to Remove!

Hello. When a new mobile number comes on dialing list and we need to add it as a contact it always goes in the working number. Is there a way that it comes to mobile number.

Also when a known contact calls from a new number and we want to add that new number to the present contact . is there a way ?

No and manually.

These are some of the more common complaints about the BB OS... perhaps changes will come with v5.x, or you can look for a third party app.

There was an application "SaveNumberAs" if you can find it, it will save your number TO the new location in your Address Book (for a new contact) to which you want.

Good for your first issue, not the second.

I've been trying to get my BB to read my mind for years and put things where I want them to go....so far no luck.
