I just wanted to settle this because I have searched EVERYWHERE and have found little to no solutions, if any apply. Is it possible to install the blackberry browser or more importantly App World without a blackberry data plan? (From AT&T)

This has been the most outstanding result. I just don't feel the need to pay the extra 20 a month just so I can have App World. The lack of 3rd party OTA downloads is disturbing as well

Verizon requires you to have a data plan. At&T doesn't.

There's definitely no way. No BB data plan = no service books = no browser.
