Hi,

I am curently running v4.6.0.291 (Platform 4.0.0.183).

I am unable to get the camera to come on. whenever I press the right convnience key (my camera shortcut), the camera switches on, and immediately shows me an error message - 'Could not start the camera, Close other applications and try opening the camera again.'

This happens even if I try just after a battery pull, when the memory reading is 40MB+.

tis was happening before I updated the OS as well. I have updated the OS just now and this is still happening.

Anything I can do to srt this out?

Try to reinstall the OS. If it happens again then you have a faulty phone.
Try and get the accredited OS from your operater.

Actually which Carrier's OS you use is irrelevant, as long as it is for your model of BlackBerry. Some versions are more better than others. Read the stickies for the OS upgrades at the top of this section for user feedback.

actually it was working fine. one fine day it just stopped working.

any ideas?

I think he may have meant just incase there is a need to return under warranty

just get back to .282 much better
