Default Unable to view files on my blackberry from my pc...

Please Login to Remove!

So with my old curve when it was plugged into my computer I could click my computer and then the H drive and see all my files on my blackberry. For some reason with my Blackberry bold 9000 I cant do this. It says please insert a disk yada yada yada. What is the problem?

Menu>Options>Memory>Mass Storage Mode Support = ON

Go to options > memory:
encryption mode-none
mass storage mode support- on
Auto enable mass storage mode when connected- on

Then plug it back into the computer.

Do you have any other items mapped? Like drives, etc? Do you have Encryption enabled on the device?

When you plug in your bb into your pc, check your phone to see if it asks you if you want to enable mass storage mode. If it does put in your password and see what happens.
