I have a VZW curve, Win XP, latest BB versions (according to desktop software) I use Office 2003.

I would like to be able to sync with Outlook, but have nothing get deleted from the BB or Outlook. Right now it deletes some entries, but there doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to how it decides what to delete. If I can make it so nothing gets deleted, I can pick and choose what is no longer useful to me. I like to have a record of my meetings and phone calls that I can refer back to later.

So how do I do this? I set my BB to "Keep Appointments Forever", but that doesn't seem to be the only thing I need.

Check your Outlook settings. Make sure auto archive isn't turned on.
