I have seen this happen a few times now and I know it is a setting somewhere. I have the Blackberry Storm and when ever anyone sends me an e-mail with pics in it all is fine as I get the pics. (please note that pics were not added as an attachment but just inserted in the e-mail). The problem arises when I forward the e-mail onwards to anyone. What happens is they get the e-mail but with no pics. They just get a placeholder with an “x” in it. So this pic did not go through.

Any Ideas?

So i hear that when I forward mails out it could be that the virus check between my phone and the recipients e-mail is not working and so it blocks the pics? Could this be?

Could be it, but you'd have to test it by forwarding the same mail to separate addresses to see if their client is filtering it, or if it's on your end.

I have tested this all diff ways. I receive from ten diff people and send out to 40 odd people and all say the same thing. No pics? And no one has an idea what to do?
