Hey guys, im new and my pearl got the WSOD. I have no warranty and want to fix as cheap as possible. But i have no idea whats going on. Please help me.

Can you be a little more specific? What EXACTLY is on the screen? Anything? What happens when you remove the battery? What happens when you plug in a charger?

Nothing is on the screen, Nothing happens when you remove the battery and when you charge it the LED indicator flashes.

I think what John is asking is what happened before you got to this point? Had you tried to update the software and it failed during loading? Has the unit been dropped? What were any circumstances that you can remember prior to the WSOD? It's hard to try to imagine where to begin when we as well have "no idea what is going on...".

how old is the phone? it comes with a one year warranty...
