Default Power Off Question for Curve

Please Login to Remove!
Got a Verizon Curve. Up until a few days ago, when I pressed the power off switch I could choose between power off and full power off. It's not there now. Is this some setting that I changed by accident?

Do you mean the power off icon on the screen? I don't have those options. It turns the device off. Or are you referring to something other than the power off icon?

lemew, did you mean the red key to the right of the trackball and return key?
I have no options on that either, it just powers off.

No, the icon. When I pressed the icon two options came up. Just wondering. Everything is working fine. Just thought that was kinda cool.

i've a 8330 and it does asks me for
Turn off
full power off.

Have you changed theme recently ?

Options -> Auto On/Off

If you set your device to Automatically turn itself On/Off and you power your device down before the specified time, you will see that prompt.

If you want to continue to the "full power off" prompt, go back into Options -> Auto On/Off and set it back up.. If it still setup/enabled then do a battery pull.

I didn't know that either, but I never used Auto On/Off.

Power Off - Will power off the device but it will kick back on when programmed to (The Auto On/Off feature), unless you turn it on before hand.

Full Power Off - Will keep the device off until you physically turn it back on.

I use to use Auto On/Off before I got my charging cradle.. and I when I go on vacation, just because I will "forget alot" when I go on vacation

No I don't do themes yet. But, I did change my wallpaper. Just glad to know it's not just my imagination.
