Default Switching from 8320 to 8900 help.....

Please Login to Remove!

Ok......heres the situation.

I am new to BB's switching over from the Iphone. I recently got a 8320 from AT&T and got everything set up. So far so good. However..... I have decided I'd like to try a 8900 and have one from another member here headed my way. It is the "unbranded" one that was listed here. It is new also.
My question is this.......... since I am still with AT&T and do have a media account with them, what all will I have to do to get switched over to the 8900. I know on most other brand of phones I've justed poped my sim card in and thats it. Not sure about the BB platform switch?
Is there anything different? I have been reading for a couple days but have not found a definate answer? Any help would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks to everyone................

if it's an unlocked 8900, all you will need to do is switch sim cards, use the "switch device wizard" in desktop manager, and then set your new device pin in your BIS service (or BES)

Wirelessly posted

I was listed as unlocked, so I'm assuming it is? I will know when it arrives. Anything else I should know? Thanks again
