well, .113 I did not go so well this time...it is very sluggish, I might wipe and try again or since I am now on the mission I might even try .132

Give it a day or so before you wipe/retry. Sometimes a newly intsalled OS is a little sluggish intitailly, but improves after a while.

Hmmmm.... I have been on 103 for a long time now without any major problems... I've even had an uptime of 3 weeks! I'm sort of hesitant to cut away to a newer version... I am going to wait until whatever official release there is. I also think I'd like to do a wipe and a clean install of whatever that version is. I know there are some cool new things in newer versions... but for now I'm happy.

Well, I am giving .132 a shot....first thing noticed is that the wireless signal is bouncing all the darn place and is not stable - I dont think that that will get better with time. It was worth a shot though

Have you done a battery pull since the latest OS upgrade?

Wise advice... applications even such as the Facebook app attempt to sync, and others you might have loaded, causing what appears be a sluggish OS.

Turn OFF your Memory Cleaner if you have it running. It will begin to run immediately and really throw off the true experience.

I did the standard 3 battery pull as I always do - not sure why I do that, just do - I must have read it somewhere and seemed to help maybe...

so .122 is what I have went with, runs pretty good, but my radio (cell service) is bouncing all over the darn place - anyone that could suggest a fix for that would be greatly appreciated.

Really, it is whichever you desire. Read up around here, I don't recall offhand which release people said was more solid for the radio, and I don't recall if you are using the 9530 on GSM or CDMA.

I was very happy with the beta 113 I was using - Full KB in Portrait, nifty 'selesct' tool and a basically smooth operation. Upgraded to 122 and lost the 2 things I liked best about 113

Going to give 132 a try and see how that goes.

so what CDMA (Verizon) radio has everyone found to be stable, have good reception and not drop in and out? I have read and now understand how to make my own hybrid so I just need help finding a radio file, would be helpful if there was sticky on that - I have read countless threads and am guessing that I might just have to experiment and fingure it out :-/ - but any of you have any insight that would be great - I was thinking that .75 radio worked great and I am now running .122 - can I swap the radio file to the one that came with .75 without having to do a full install?
