I am having the same problems. I can receive MMS from everyone (all different carrier networks). However, my at&t friends get mms sometimes, and my gf on alltel never gets them.

I called cust. service this morning. They said "you're phone was working properly. Tell everyone to cut there phones off for 2 minutes, and then back on..that should fix the problem." I gave up after that.

I'm using .167

I switched back to my nokia n80 (inserted SIM into it) and my at&t friends are getting every message I send now, but still nothing from the alltel network...so I can accept the fact that alltel is having issues, but what is going on with att?

Anyone have any advice as to how to proceed?

quick reference on ALLTEL, my g/f has alltel they have been having problems receiving MMS messages all freaking week idk whats up with it, tmobile told me it was a known issue from alltel that something is wrong with their system

Thanks for that info..that solves half the problem

Update: I did a soft reset and things seem to be working now for my friends on other carrier networks

As for the alltel issues, I have been with alltel for years, was a previous at&t user but when I moved I had little to no coverage. On my old lousy alltel razor i could recieve multiple page texts, mms, and everything went fine. I've been using various HTC models for about a year and a half and have had nothing but issues with my mms, multiple page texts. I can send all day however I recieve next to none. Obviously a carrier issue
