Just wondering if anybody knows whether or not the Bold supports file transfers through a b/t dongle..

If so, HOW!?

Doesn't matter, you need to click for example send file on pc, locate file, before clicking next, click recieve file on BB, and then click next on the PC to send the file.
And the opposite for the other way round.

Hey jl...I'm glad to know I'm not the only person who has struggled with the IVT Bluetooth dongle. I have tried this and been unsuccessful in sending a file from PC to BB (Bold), but I have been able to do the opposite. I have tried using Send To -> Bluetooth device after connecting, but I get no response from the PC. I think the problem is that I can only ever get the serial port and DUN services active for the BB. The DUN doesn't work (documented elsewhere in here) and the serial ports just produce a white screen on the BB. Bizzare. I've pretty much given up on it - I'm pretty good with this sort of thing but have already spent way too much time trying to figure it out.
