So I had installed my personal email and it worked flawlessly via the BIS. Then, a couple weeks later I finally got my BES activated and had some issues with the corporate email at first but it's working fine however now I have an issue with my Gmail. It seems that about 1 in every 10-15 emails shows up on my handheld and there doesn't appear to be any rhyme or reason to it. I have the messages set to save for only 30 days so I don't think it's a memory/storage issue. One thing I did notice is if I go to me Enterprise Activation screen it has my Gmail account listed in my BES which doesn't sound right at all. I tried deleting my Gmail and installing it again via the BIS but it didn't seem to change anything. I also tried sending service books and registering with BB but to no avail. Is it normal to see this account listed within the BES or could this be the problem? The only time I get to call IT will be Saturday and they want me to wipe the phone and start fresh which I REALLY don't want to do unless it's unavoidable. I wanted to post here to get some ideas before I went that route.

I sent 10 emails in a row twice now and my BB is getting about 70-80% of the emails that are on my gmail account. Can anyone help me out with this? I searched before creating this and none of the issues seem to be the same as mine and I have tried the usual fixes.

Depends on the IT Policy that your company has pushed to the device.

Also keep in mind that there is nothing personal on a BB connected to BES. The best policy to follow is that if the company wants to see it and read it, they can.
