Hey guys,
My friend has an unlocked Rogers 8100 on Fido that I set up for her. She gets her emails, BB messenger no problems, but she can not web browse or download anything OTA. She gets an error message saying "cannot view the page at this time. Try again later, and if the problem persists contact your service provider.

Unfortunately, I have two problems:
1- the handset is not with me
2- Fido won't help cause its an unlocked device.

any suggestions?

I've tried resending the service books.

Should there be any APN settings?

You may want to try re-registering the host routing table.

Options > Advanced Option > Host Routing Table > Menu Key > Register now.

If that doesn't work, maybe try deleting the Browser service book and then resending the service books again.
