Ever since they swapped my phone the battery cover has been falling off all the time even while on the belt clip. I even called Sprint earlier in the week to complain about it and all they had to say is "It shouldn't" Of course, I KNEW that.
So today while grocery shopping I reached down to grab my phone when I noticed the battery was exposed. I walked the entire store asking every person that worked there if a battery cover had been turned in. I went to their customer service desk and backtracked even out to the parking lot, I searched my car and my house and when it didn't turn up decided to swing by the Sprint store... crap CLOSED! Forgot it's Sunday so I came home and called Sprint. After being transftered 4 times and trying to explaing that I just want to know if I can replace the battery cover I am told that "accessory" is not available! That's just crazy! You'd think that it wouldn't be considered an accessory but a necessity. I apparently cannot get a new one either by warranty or by purchasing it.
Now I just hope someone has one because I refuse to take my husband's suggestion and duct tape my battery in.
If anyone was looking for a new battery cover Sprint won't help you.
