Okay, I'm out of ideas. Have an 8830 that won't activate.
-device is provisioned properly(actually was in use by another user until a week ago)
-has good connection to network
-PIN to PIN works
-Wiped the device a couple times
-Battery pulls a couple times.
-tried deleting and re-adding the user in BES
-rebooted BES server
-double checked the activation password
-server is running otherwise okay.
-Server info is in my sig, I'm fully patched to MR3 with the PDF patch.
-I activated another 8830 yesterday afternoon with no issues.
The device sits on "activating
" for 15-20 min, then times out saying the server is not responding.
Anything I'm missing? I'm ready to pull my hair out here.
