Please Login to Remove!

Just deleted the user and attempting the wireless activation now after adding the user back in. I've never done a wireless activation always connect to the server to do it. Its just sitting on Activating useremail. Has been for 5 mins now.

We do only wireless activation (servers are in another city) and it works very well. If you have problem, read

Yeah totally all ours are wireless, it should be fine. If you do get issues don't worry, they are quite common (for me anyway!). Just make sure the user can get the email from RIM into their mailbox and you should be fine.

I got it almost. It went wireless but gave a message that the admin requires it to be conneced to finish. Not sure if I set something up wrong there or not.

You removed and re-added the user first (and removed mbx info) and still get that message during activation?

Yes I did on that user. He was here local so I just did it that way.

I didn't try it again. User wanted phone back so I just connected to BES and activated it. Everything is working fine now after doing a new activation.
