Default How can I get rid of two same email accounts?

Please Login to Remove!

I have one email account on my Storm...but I have another one that's the same thing only with a capital letter...For example : [email address], and [email address] annoying, and its happened ever since I did something wrong on my pearl, and transfer it all to my Storm too...I wanna take it off...how can I?

I dont remember my username but i have the password....and what if before when i got the two email that where the same, where on my Tmobile account,.....why does that make a difference why i would have two in verizon? im just not getting it thats all...not saying your wrong...

If you can't sign on then call Verizon and they will reset your password. If you have two just delete them both and re-add the one. You won't mess anything up.

Okay i remembered my username now. but when i go in it, it only shows the one that i get the emails sent to, the one with the lower case....but the one that is uppercase is not there....i dont have a problem hiding the folder in my storm, but it just bothers me...the folder is just there....never recieves any email....nothing..lol

Have yout tried deleting the service books for the account.

well the thing is....i havent canceled my tmobile contract yet...and the pearl i already wiped and gave it away to my co worker...not sure if that really helps in answering whether i can still delete service books or not..

Yes. On the BIS account, "stephanie12@sbcglobal.net" is the only one that shows up and is the correct one and also the one that i recieve all of my emails from. The "Stephanie12@sbcglobal.net" is the one that is absent on the BIS account, and doesnt recieve anything all...and want to delete...

Ok so delete the one from the BIS Account, then delete all the service books for both the accounts and then re-add the one and it should fix the problem.
