I recently upgraded to a 8320 but I bought this not from a wireless carrier and the aaforementioned applications are not pre-installed and I can't seem to find where to download it? What can I do? Thx...

Install the OS that your device is running, or upgrade to the latest OS and you will be able to install these apps.

Thanks but when I follow the instructions to install the new os I get a message from the Application Loader Wizard: "The BB Desktop Software does not have BB Device Software for the device that you have connected to the computer. Contact your wireless service provider or system admin."

Did you install the correct software for your BB model version? Also, restart your PC.
