No, it's not, but it made me a little suspicious when you posted a 'new member' thread and then a thread to sell what appeared to be the same device.

Yeah, if you just bought it, I don't understand:
1) Why don't you have ANY accessories?? Only the phone???
2) Why can't it be used on Verizon??? Unlocking the GSM SIM slot does not void the use of the Verizon CDMA chip...

And 3) No back piece?????????? What's the story behind that???
I think you need to post the PIN and IMEI so that an interesting party can verify the validity of the device.

I could understand if the user does not want to post PIN/IMEI - if I were a buyer, I would be put off by a device with a web listed PIN. However, if someone PMs asking for that info, it ought to be supplied...

I'll offer $200 since it's probably blacklisted on Verizon (since you said can't be used) and no accessories.

If the phone is blacklisted doesn't it mean it was reported stolen or lost. How can anyone consider this to be a legitimate sale if the phone was stolen? By being blacklisted automatically makes this phone illegally obtained. I fail to see a scenario otherwise.
