I'm having difficulty using my BB 750 to login to my voice mailbox at the office. Normally, it takes a ** prompt, but it doesn't seem to work when I ** or * * or hold the and **.

It is a Bell Norstar system, so I'm hoping someone out there can give me some assistance.

When you are on a phone call the * or A key defaults to *. So just hit the * key, by itself, and not with the Alt key.
