Thumbs down Cannot log into banking site!

Ok this is mega frustrating... Right now I have 2 bb's - a at&t pearl 8110 and a sprint curve 8330. The pearl logs in to tcf bank just fine but the curve will not! The curve just gives me a blank page. I went thru and matched up the settings between the 2 phones with no luck. Any advice?

Are you sure you're using the same browser on both and that you're actually editing the settings for the correct browser?

And, what operating system version is on each of the BB's? Might be time to upgrade the curve OS.

Okay the curves Os is 4.3.0.127 I don't recall the os on the pearl, I'm on it right now. I think the pearl is 4.5 something or other.

I'm positive I'm editing the settings for the right browser.. I picked Microsoft ie on both phones.. Is that the right one?

Upgrade the Curve to the latest 4.5 OS. Links to the latest, with directions, are located at the top of this section.

Banking now works with Wells Fargo. Using BB notifications for account transactions.

The Curve with 4.3.137 worked fine for mobile banking for me with brower emulation set to Microsoft IE.

Enable the other browser options to support JavaScript, Support HTML tables, and so on.

What banking software are you using? The banking software provided directly from Wells Fargo allows you to only view balances, transactions, and do balance transfers.

I'm looking for something that will allow you to do online bill pay.

I use Wells Fargo mobile banking, but I didn't have to install any software. I just had to sign up on their website for it. The mobile site is not set up for bill pay at present. It would be nice though. Have you contacted them?

Yes, I use the Wells Fargo mobile banking too. I sort of contacted them. They sent me a survey shortly after I activated it. I said I would like to pay bills through the mobile site in the Comments section. Hopefully they provide it soon.
