hi there,

My phone vibrated off the counter into the dogs water dish (of course just my luck) i have dried it out and now everything including the trackball works, except the buttons on the phone won't work at all. Anybody have any advice?

you might be SOL here my friend. I suggest taking the device apart as much as possible so that the internal components have a chance to dry. Depending on when the BlackBerry was exposed to the water and for how long the damage may already be done.

You could try to submerge the BlackBerry in a bowl of rice for a few hours. The rice will absorb whatever moisture is left in the device itself.
