This is an unlocked AT&T 8300. I replaced the housing on it and it's in great shape. There is one small (I mean small) scuff on the back battery cover. The main issue (if any) with the phone is that the trackball doesn't click. It still selects and everything like that, it just doesn't make the "click" noise. I am selling it because my girlfriend upgraded (if you want to call it that) to the T-Mobile G1 (GRRRRR).
