Hi,
I just got a 8330 Curve through work - so my email from work can follow me . It is driving me crazy!
How can I:
1) keep the voice mail separate from the email (like in a phone where texts are separate from voice mail)
2) Have the sent emails go into the sent box (or file them in a folder) like you can do in Outlook. I only want to have to look at the "inbox". I get a lot of emails, and to have to go through all the unread, read and sent ones is too much!
3) in Advanced options for profiles, what is a Level 2 Message?, Messages (desktop)?, where is voice mail so I can put a different sound on it?
4) what does the icon on the home screen that is a yellow closed envelope with a red star mean?

Sorry for all the questions, there are more, but these I would really like to know! Thank you!

1)when your in your messages folder hit alt-v and it will separate your voicemail notifications and everything else
4)This means you have a new messages of some sort, check your messages folder or if you have separated your emails and sms check your sms folder to

Push the green call button, then options, then call logging, set to none. Then if you want to seperate email and sms, go to the email icon, menu options, general options, sms and email separate.

2. If you only want to look at incoming messages you can go to Messages->Options->General Options->Hide Sent Messages->Yes

Or you can mass delete them every once in a while by hitting Alt-O (for outgoing). This will only show sent messages. Highlight them and delete or click on the date and Delete prior. I use this method as sometimes I need to refer back to an email that I sent.
