Unhappy Vodafone France and BES Provisioning

Please Login to Remove!

Howdy all!

I'm really hoping that someone here can help me out.

I have a BES here in the states, and we just hired a sales-person in France. I instructed him on exactly what to get - Bold / must be PROVISIONED for BES.

He assures me (he has gone in 3 separate times) that they say his phone is all set. It's only all set for BIS. I have verified this with TSupport.

What on God's green earth does Vodafone FR need to be told to get the point across? I realize there is a language barrier, but I'm pretty sure that this SHOULDNT be this difficult.

Can anyone give me any insight on how to progress? My French is non-existant, and Voda UK cant access the FR Systems.

Well remember that Voda FR is still not full owned by vodafone, and it's not like us brits like talking to the frenchies anyway

France telecom provide an english language customer services for phone lines, adsl and mobiles - perhaps vodafone might provide something similar?

Other than that - I think the problem is 'he's gone in' - remember that to the average guy in the shop Blackberry is BIS, they probably don't even know/understand BES. Perhaps there's a 'business customer services' he can call.
