1. They will have it once released
2. No exact date yet. Look around the 23rd of November

I thought it was the 14th, and i found this.

"I work for Verizon wireless. Your post was correct: We are putting in forced data packs on the 14th. The reason is that this is the Storm's release date from every memo that we have been given access to, it will be released that morning at all Verizon Corporate stores. There have been so many release dates kicking around that I have lost count. November 14th has been the general consensus, although only time will tell as Verizon has been real quiet. I wouldn't be surprised if we don't see this until the end of the month.

Hey the closer to the end of the month the better for me. I can't upgrade with discount until January and I would definitly like to try this out a few time in the store before I make up my mind.

The last time I bought a phone without trying it out I got stuck with my current phone. I won't make that mistake again.
