I simply selected password reset, no email, called Customercare and before he had me verify my email address i recieved my temporary account login information.

no email for me either (Tx5), I just went to the site entered my email address and hit 'forgot password ?', got an email and i'm in now.

edit for weirdness: it only takes an ESN in decimal (not hex), but on the BES it is displayed in hex only.

Just for giggles I entered my email and clicked on forgot password

Then email came

Logged in and...

I have found that, at times, weirdness = RIM.

Just got my email 30 minutes ago. Didn't read the email until I saw this thread.

I just used the Provisioning check this morning. I had 3 new devices without an Enterprise Data plan and it confirmed that they were not Enterprise ready. Simple, yet effective.
