Exclamation emergency-nothing works

Please Login to Remove!

I've had my 8300 Curve for about 6 months now and I've never had a problem.
Now, being always connected with things, I'm freaking out that nothing is working.

I try to text people and nothing gets sent. Also, calls don't go through and that tone happens and it disconnects. However, e-mails are being sent and recieved.

I already re-set the device twice and still nothing.

What can i do now?

Thanks for helping

You reset the device how?

With the BB powered ON, remove the battery a minute, replace and reboot.

My question exactly, how did you reset your device?

1) Go into OPTIONS and click on security.
2) Click on GENERAL SETTINGS.
3) Click on the MENUE button and click on WIPE HANDHELD.

This will restore everything back to factory settings. I would recommend number one, to remove your media card, and to perform a back up using the help of your DESKTOP MANAGER.

I hope this cures the problem.

WHOA! Hold the phone! Let's have the OP try the suggested battery pull before wiping all the data from his device.

All wipe handheld does is delete user data. It does NOT restore a phone to factory settings.
