Wirelessly posted (8130 Pearl (Sprint))

There is a battery from seidio. I believe horizon might carry them as well.

Google portable phone chargers, this might be something to look into as well as the extended battery

good luck

Just out of curiosity, how much more juice do you get out of the extended battery? With my OEM 8120 battery, I get about 24 hours of "on time" from a full charge with moderate talk time (maybe 2 hours) and data usage.

Thanks.

I have had this for 1 1/2 years and it's great, comes with a new battery cover that has a speaker cutout for louder sound. I think the OEM battery is 900aH and the Seidio is 1200. Mine lasts 4 days average with moderate/light use.

Seidio also has a 2400aH battery/cover that's pretty big, but is 2.5x more cowbell than the standard.

Thanks.
It's been ages since I've compared, so I couldn't say. I plug in my phone each night, and don't really pay attention to the battery meter (which I guess means I've never had any problems).

The 8120/8130 Pearls have fewer battery options than the 8100. I haven't checked for quite a while, but months ago the Seidio battery was the only option for the newer Pearls.

It doesn't come w/a new battery cover (the one that comes w/the newer Pearls already has multiple speaker openings) but the slightly thicker Seidio battery does make the battery cover fit tighter, which is nice.

The battery is 1250 mAH.

So then the 1250maH battery is the best option for the 8130?

As far as I know it is the only option.

Wirelessly posted (by a fat naked guy!)

I have a 1400mah for my pearl, I would go threw a complete battery in one day so I purchased this be and love it, it will last up to 3 days if I don't use my pearl as much as normal.
